Profile
Tucked along the main drag in Manitou Springs, Norbu’s Himalayan Hut is the kind of small, family-run spot that turns first-timers into regulars. The recipes come out of a Sherpa family, handed down over generations and cooked with real care. If you have never had Himalayan food, this is the place to start.

A local’s note
I love Norbu’s, it is fantastic. The food is excellent, I go there often, and I highly recommend it. If you are in Manitou Springs, make the stop.
What to order
Start with the momos, the Himalayan dumplings that are the signature of this kind of cooking, tender and made to order. From there the menu runs through warming curries and traditional Sherpa-family dishes, gently tuned for local tastes without losing what makes them special. There is a genuine spread of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, so it is an easy place to bring a mixed group.
